Live Event Painting

• 60 cents per mile for traveling fee after the first 50 miles 

      Over two hours traveling require one-night lodging compensation of $50 dollars. 

      Over four hours traveling require two-night lodging compensation of $100 dollars.

Example: It is 114 miles one way driving from New Port Richey, FL to Orlando, FL. Takes about 3.5   hours of driving. Traveling fee will be calculated as

                          (114-50) x .60 cents = $38 dollars (one way)
                          $38 x 2 = $76 dollars (Round trip)

                          $76+$90 one night lodging cost= $166 (Total)
       Therefore, the event in Orlando, FL will have an additional traveling fee of $166 dollars.

• Extra travel costs may include airfare, lodging for two nights, and painting shipping cost if the location is outside of Florida

• The day of I will require a vendor meal for any of the packages
• The total cost will be divided into two installments.  The first deposit (50% of total cost) has to be paid upon signing the contract in order to reserve the date.  The remaining balance can be paid upon painting pick up or delivery.
• Painting can be picked up at the studio or free delivery within 50 miles from New Port Richey, FL. or we can ship the painting to you with additional shipping cost.
