Before the Wedding

The process begins well before the big day, ensuring every detail is perfect. I maintain open communication with you throughout, discussing your vision and any specific requests. During this time, I prepare all the materials needed for the event, including premium 5×7 etched watercolor paper, high-quality watercolor paints, and all necessary setup supplies. If any customizations are requested, such as personalized colors or additional elements in the illustrations, I ensure these are prepared to your exact specifications.

During the Wedding

On the day of the wedding, I arrive 90 minutes early to set up my station and prepare for the event. I start by painting the bride and groom, before moving on to your guests. The live illustration session begins at the agreed-upon time, where I create individual portraits in just 6-9 minutes and couples’ portraits in 12-15 minutes. Within a 5-hour timeframe, I can illustrate around 40 guests. After the event, I take home any remaining guest requests and finish them in the studio.

After the Wedding

Once the wedding is over, I work on completing any remaining guest illustrations. The remaining illustrations will be finish within 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the workload. Based on your preference I can either mail them directly to you or arrange a meet-up for you to collect them. This allows you to include these personalized illustrations with your thank-you cards, giving your guests a memorable token of appreciation.

Alternative Service Option

If I am unable to attend your wedding in person, I can still provide a personalized illustration service. By supplying photos of your guests before the wedding, I can create their portraits in advance. These illustrations can then be used as customized seating cards and unique guest favors. Or used as thank you cards after the wedding.

Travel Fees and Details

• Local Travel: First 50 miles are free from New Port Richey, Florida.
• Extended Travel: $1.25 per mile round trip after the first 50 miles.
• Lodging:
  • Over two hours of travel requires one-night lodging compensation of $200.
  • Over four hours of travel requires two-night lodging compensation of $400.
• Long-Distance Travel: May include airfare, additional lodging, and shipping costs if outside Florida.

• Custom Quotes: Due to the various factors involved, such as guest numbers, customization levels, and whether the service is provided before or after the wedding, I provide custom quotes to ensure the pricing is tailored to your specific needs.
