Live Wedding Painting
Main Package: $3,500 – 24×30″ Canvas
What’s Included:
- Consultation: Personalized phone consultation to understand your vision.
- High-Quality Materials: Museum-quality canvas and professional-grade acrylic paint.
- Venue and Couple: Artistic depiction of the newlyweds and venue elements.
- Pre-Ceremony Painting: 2-4 hours of background painting before your chosen moment.
- Live Event Painting: 4-6 hours of live painting during the event.
- Studio Refinement: 3-5 hours additional studio hours to perfect the final details.
- Review Painting: Once finishing touches are made, a picture of the painting is sent to the client for review. Each painting gets up to 3 revisions.
- Wired and Varnished: Painting gets coated in varnish, and wired.
Delivery Options:
- Hand-Delivery: Complimentary within 1 hour from New Port Richey, Florida.
- Shipping: Additional costs for delivery outside this area.
Custom Canvas Sizes
- Personalized Quotes: Contact us for a customized quote if you prefer a different canvas size.
Additional People in the Painting
- Extra Figures: $200 per additional person beyond the bride and groom.
Travel Fees and Details
- Local Travel: Travel is complimentary for any location within a 50-mile radius of our central reference point: Tampa City Hall, 315 E Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33602
- Extended Travel: $1.25 per mile round trip after the first 50 miles.
- Lodging:
- For locations over 100 miles away: One night’s hotel stay is required.
- For locations over 200 miles away: Two nights’ hotel stay are required.
- Accommodation Fee: We use a flat fee of $200 per night. This simple, all-inclusive rate covers the cost of a safe and professional hotel room, as well as any related expenses like tolls or parking.
- Long-Distance Travel: May include airfare, additional lodging, and shipping costs if outside Florida.

- Vendor Meal: Required on the day of the event.
- Payment Terms:
- $1,000 retainer and signed contract required to reserve your date (non-refundable).
- Remaining balance due one month before the wedding.

If you are needing a live painter, Ksusha is hands down your artist to book. A live painter was something I always wanted at my wedding and was one of, if not the first vendor we booked and we were so glad we went with Ksusha. From the beginning she was so communicative, friendly, informative, genuine and easy to book. She even offered us this beautiful vintage frame she had thrifted but not had a client want to use (not sure why cause look at it but lucky us!!!) for our painting which was such a beautiful touch the day of, really set an elegant tone while working on her beautiful work. She arrived much earlier than we could’ve hoped to ensure all the background details were set and worked with us to move locations that worked best with the flow of our timeline. She stayed until the end of our wedding and we got to have a nice private reveal before heading out. She delivered the work right at her expected turnaround time line and was very receptive to small/detail modifications. Overall she is a passionate and friendly artist, and we loved having her share her incredible skills during our special day. Cannot recommend her enough!
Ksusha was a delight to work with! My only regret is not interacting more with her on our big day, but we received so many compliments from guests about her and her work. They all thought it was so cool that we had a live watercolor portrait painter and some of them have sent us photos of the portrait already framed in their home!

We loved having Ksusha do live guest portraits at our wedding at the Ringling Museum! They turned out so beautifully, I was so impressed. She even includes a custom embossed stamp (which had our initials and wedding date) for each portrait. I had looked through many artists and her work was the best by far. She was such a pleasure to work with and finished all the portraits at home to make sure they were perfect. It'll be such a nice gift to send to my guests along with our thank you cards. I also loved her set up, displaying the portrait of us at our wedding as the example, and the pretty draping on the table. Let my start by saying if you’re wondering if you should hire a live wedding painter for your wedding, don’t even think about it JUST DO IT! but not just with anyone with Kshusa!
My husband and I got married on October 12 this year but we had only started planning once we found our venue which was in January, so we were on a crunch time. We both spoke about what we both wanted no exceptions. His was a cigar roller and mine was a live wedding painter for our painting and guest illustrations as a party favor for guest (something people won’t throw away).
I didn’t realize how hard it was to find the right painter and in my area. There was none in Miami/Fort Lauderdale, either they were booked or their work wasn’t what I was looking for. Every day after work I’ll be up until 3 am - 4 am looking for the right painter. I even looked into out of state just because it was a must for me!
I believe I contacted someone from New York and she referred me to Kshusa and someone else.
Once I saw Kshusa’s work I knew she was the PERFECT person! I inquired and hoped she was available and she replied in a very timely manner with availability!
I was so excited she worked with me and my sister on payments and what my vision was.She was very thorough, compassionate and understanding! She her communication and attention to detail was great.
During and after the wedding everyone raved about the painting and her guest illustrations. RIGHTFULLY SO! Her skill is like no other. I would definitely get more custom paintings from her or hire her for her service in the future!
She was busy with not only my painting but my guest, she managed to finished our painting with my husband and I during the wedding which the guest didn’t know she was going to finish up at home adding our 3 fur babies in the painting. Which came out BEAUTIFUL! Everyone thought she was done for how great it was but nope. if anyone knows me and my husband our babies were going to be in the painting.
Kshusa communicated about shipment afterwards and it came in safely and well packaged. The guest illustration came individually protected with a polaroid picture of who painting is. I thought that was genius not only for me to know who it is but so the guest have two forms photos!
We just got back from our honeymoon, so we’ll be sending the guest illustrations as a thank you card soon.
